A list that only grows
You add more than you can do, and the list never gets shorter.
The to-do app that starts from your time
Most to-do lists only grow. Plenzu adds up how long your tasks take and sets it against the hours you really have. So you plan a day you can finish, and end it calm.

A to-do list happily takes a fortieth task. Your day does not get any longer.
You add more than you can do, and the list never gets shorter.
Unfinished tasks roll over to tomorrow, and the day after, and bring guilt along.
You jump between tasks because nothing tells you what fits today.
Plenzu works the other way around: it starts from your time, not from your list.
How it works
Type “Call the plumber 15m tomorrow @home” and Plenzu puts it in the right place, with its duration.
The time bar adds up what you planned and sets it against the hours you have, with a buffer for the unexpected.
A short daily start asks what to do with yesterday’s leftovers: today, another day, or let go.
Try it
Pick the hours you have today and the tasks you want to do. This is the time bar you see in Plenzu.
It fits, with 1h 15m to spare. Room for a break.
Plan your real dayFeatures
Give tasks a duration and the time bar shows how much you planned against the hours you have. Green while it fits, amber when it really is too much. Never red.
No red “overdue” list. Each morning Plenzu shows what was carried over, and you decide in a few taps: do it today, move it, or let it go. Letting go is a decision too.
The week planner shows every day with its own time bar. Drag tasks from a busy day to a quiet one and see the week balance out.
Keep bigger plans next to your daily work. Each workspace has a status, from idea to done. Give it dates and a timeline with milestones when it is a real project, and it tells you honestly when it falls behind.
Dates, durations, #workspaces and @labels straight from what you type.
Drag tasks into time blocks when you want a fixed time.
Break big tasks into steps that each fit a day.
Every day, every week, every first Monday of the month.
By notification on your phone or computer, or by email.
Group tasks across workspaces, such as @calls or @errands.
Find any task by its title, open or done.
Your day stays readable on the train or in the plane.
In your browser, and as an app on your phone’s home screen.
Download everything as JSON or CSV, or delete your account at any time.
The whole app speaks both languages. More may follow.
No badges to chase. Just a plan that fits your day.
Calm by design
Carried over, not overdue.
Unfinished is not failed. Tomorrow is a new plan.
Let go. That’s a decision too.
Some tasks are not worth doing anymore. Plenzu lets you drop them without guilt.
Amber, never red.
Plenzu warns you only when a day is really too full, and offers a way out.

Plenzu is a to-do app and day planner. You give tasks a duration, and Plenzu shows whether they fit the hours you have today and this week. It also has workspaces with a status and a timeline.
Those apps keep a list of everything you want to do. Plenzu also knows how much time you have, and adds up how long your tasks take. So you see before your day starts whether your plan fits, instead of finding out in the evening.
Yes. Everything you see now is free. Later there will be a Pro plan with extras for €39 a year, and the free plan stays.
No. Tasks without a duration simply are not counted in the time bar, and Plenzu shows how many there are. A duration takes one word when you add a task, such as “30m” or “1h”.
Yes. Plenzu works in every modern browser, on a phone, tablet or computer. You can add it to your home screen as an app, and your last loaded day stays readable without internet.
