What’s new
Every Plenzu release, newest first. You see the same list in the app under What’s new.
Current version 0.32.0
0.32.0 · 26 October 2026
- New on the website: an honest comparison of Plenzu with Todoist, TickTick, Things and Sunsama, in English and Dutch.
- This list of what's new is now also public at plenzu.com/changelog, so you can show others what changed.
0.31.0 · 26 October 2026
- A traffic light on workspaces with an end date: On track, Tight, or Doesn't fit with the hours needed and free. It counts your free hours until the end date, minus what other workspaces already planned.
- When it doesn't fit, Plenzu offers to move the end date, let go of tasks or plan them at another time. It never changes anything by itself. Tasks without an estimate count as 30 minutes, and the light says when it is uncertain.
0.30.0 · 26 October 2026
- Share a workspace with a link: open a workspace and tap Share. Others see its tasks without an account, view only unless you also let them check off and add. Stop sharing whenever you like; the link then says it is no longer active.
- Shared pages never show your other workspaces, task notes, labels or email address.
0.29.0 · 26 October 2026
- Waiting for: mark a task as lying with someone else, with their name and a day to ask about it. It leaves your hours and Inbox, sits in its own list under Waiting for, and shows up in Today on the day to ask.
0.28.0 · 25 October 2026
- New week review: planned against done per day, how full your week was, hours per workspace, the tasks you moved most and how long things really took. Then plan next week in one tap.
- On your review day (Sunday unless you pick another in Settings) the planner invites you to it. Skipping is always fine.
0.27.0 · 25 October 2026
- Workspace notes now understand simple Markdown: headings, **bold**, *italic*, lists, links and to-do checkboxes you can tick right in the note. Click the note or Edit notes to change the text.
0.26.0 · 25 October 2026
- New Matrix view: your open tasks in four groups (Do first, Plan, Keep short, Let go?) based on their priority and how soon they are due.
0.25.0 · 25 October 2026
- Week is now Planner, with a switch between Day and Week. Plan any single day with its hours, its tasks and the day plan; tap a day's name in the week to open it.
0.24.0 · 25 October 2026
- Work without internet: add, change, move, check off and delete tasks on the train. Plenzu keeps the changes on your device and sends them once you are back online, even if you closed the app in between.
- Reminders, links between tasks and new workspaces or labels still need a connection.
0.23.0 · 25 October 2026
- A fresh Today: a greeting, a ring that fills as you finish tasks, and your active workspaces as cards with their progress and next task.
- Checking off a task now gives a small, satisfying pop.
0.22.0 · 25 October 2026
- Name your workspace statuses: under Settings, pick a template (Standard, Projects, Clients or Goals) or type your own words.
0.21.0 · 25 October 2026
- Dark mode: choose System, Light or Dark under Settings, Appearance. System follows your phone or computer.
- With a task open on a laptop, Today now hides Coming up so your list keeps its room.
0.20.0 · 25 October 2026
- Sign-in and reminder emails have a new, calm look: the Plenzu mark, a clear heading and one big button.
0.19.0 · 25 October 2026
- Subtasks show right in the list: tap the 2/5 next to a task to fold its subtasks open below it, check them off there or open one.
0.18.1 · 25 October 2026
- Behind the scenes: every text in Plenzu, its home page and its emails can now go out as one spreadsheet for translation and come back as a new language.
0.18.0 · 25 October 2026
- On a laptop or wider screen, Today shows the coming six days on the right: their hours and first tasks, so tomorrow is never a surprise.
- A workspace's notes sit in a column next to its tasks on wide screens.
0.17.0 · 25 October 2026
- Search opens as a window over the page you are on, from the search button, with / or with Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on a Mac). Use the arrow keys and Enter to open a task; Esc closes.
0.16.0 · 25 October 2026
- With Plenzu in Dutch, quick add understands Dutch too: “morgen”, “vrijdag”, “volgende week”, “over 3 dagen”, “3 mei”, “om 15:00”, “2 uur”, “30 min”, “elke maandag en donderdag”. English words keep working.
- Sign-in emails and reminder emails now come in Dutch for Dutch accounts, and for new visitors who sign up from the Dutch page.
0.15.0 · 25 October 2026
- Projects are now called Workspaces (Werkruimtes in Dutch): one place for something ongoing like Home or Work, or for a real project with dates and a timeline. Nothing else changes; your workspaces keep their tasks, notes and settings.
0.14.1 · 25 October 2026
- Long task titles now wrap onto a second line inside their row instead of running off the screen on a phone.
0.14.0 · 25 October 2026
- A new home page at plenzu.com, in English and at plenzu.com/nl in Dutch: how Plenzu works, a time calculator to try whether your day fits, the features, pricing and common questions.
- Search engines and link previews now show a proper title, description and picture for Plenzu.
0.13.0 · 25 October 2026
- Projects can be ongoing: tick "Ongoing" for something like Home or Work, without a start or end date and never "Behind schedule". New projects start ongoing.
- Today and Week count a task with subtasks by the time of its subtasks, so it no longer shows up as "without duration".
- Tapping Reload in the "new version" bar now really switches to the new version, also on the iPhone, and the bar goes away once you have it.
- Turning on notifications is more reliable, and if it still fails, the message says what went wrong.
0.12.0 · 25 October 2026
- The timeline is now a choice per project: turn on "Show a timeline" under Edit. New projects start without one; projects that already had dates or milestones keep theirs.
- Notes on a project: goals, links and decisions, right above its tasks.
0.11.0 · 25 October 2026
- Settings → Your data: download all your tasks, projects, labels and settings as JSON, and your tasks as CSV for a spreadsheet.
- Delete your account and all its data, after typing your email address to confirm.
0.10.1 · 25 October 2026
- Plenzu now checks for a new version every time you open it or come back to it, also as an app on the iPhone home screen. When one is ready, a bar offers to reload.
0.10.0 · 25 October 2026
- Without internet, Plenzu opens with your last loaded Today, Week, Inbox and projects. Editing waits until you are back online.
- After a few days of use on a phone, Plenzu suggests once to add it to your home screen, with steps for iPhone.
- Signing out removes what Plenzu kept on the device.
0.9.0 · 25 October 2026
- "Starts after" in a task: pick the tasks in the same project that have to be done first. A circle is refused.
- The timeline draws a line from one task to the next. It turns amber and dashed when a task starts before the one it waits on ends.
- When a deadline moves later, Plenzu offers one button to move the waiting tasks along, with Undo. Nothing moves without that click.
- Tasks show "Waiting on …" in Today, Week and the day start.
0.8.0 · 25 October 2026
- Each project has a timeline: tasks with a planned day and a deadline are bars, tasks with only a deadline are points. Switch between week, month and quarter.
- Milestones: give a project named dates. They show as diamonds on the timeline and on the projects page.
0.7.0 · 25 October 2026
- The projects page shows how far each project is, a bar for its dates and a filter per status. A project that falls behind its dates says so, with the numbers.
0.6.0 · 25 October 2026
- Reminders as notifications: turn them on under Settings → Notifications. Devices without notifications still get an email.
0.5.0 · 25 October 2026
- Search: find any task by its title, open or done. Press / on a computer, or tap the magnifier on a phone.
0.4.0 · 25 October 2026
- A task with subtasks takes its duration from them: the time bar counts the sum of the subtasks, so nothing is counted twice.
0.3.1 · 25 October 2026
- On a phone, the account button top right opens Settings, Labels, Let go and Sign out.
0.3.0 · 25 October 2026
- Plenzu in Dutch. Pick your language under Settings, or NL/EN on the home page.
0.2.0 · 25 October 2026
- A home page, a register page and a log in page. Sign-in links from the email work again.
- Subtasks: break a task into steps and see "2/5" progress.
- Repeating tasks move to their next date when you check them off.
- Email reminders for a task, at a date and time you pick.
- See the version you are using under Settings, and this page.
0.1.0 · 25 October 2026

- Quick add understands #project, @label and p1 to p3.
- Labels, and Let go for tasks you decide not to do.
- Today with the time bar, the week planner and the day planner with time blocks.
- "How long did it take?" after checking off a task with a duration.
