How to move calmly
Moving goes wrong in the last week, when everything is left. This plan spreads it out:
- Sort before you pack. Everything you give away now, you do not have to pack, carry or unpack.
- Pack by room and write the room on each box. Unpacking becomes putting boxes in the right place.
- Change addresses two weeks ahead, so nothing gets lost.
- One open-first box with what you need the first night saves you searching in a hundred boxes.
