Why a weekly review

Lists only feel calm when you trust them. Once a week you make them complete and current again, so during the week you can just do the next thing.

The review takes about 45 minutes. Do it at the same time each week, with a coffee. The subtasks are the steps; tick them off as you go.

The workday shutdown is the small daily version: a few minutes to close the day, so work stays at work.
