Write notes and link them to tasks
Notes are for everything that is not a task: plans, meeting notes, measurements, ideas. They live next to your tasks, so the two can point at each other.
Write a note
Open Notes and press New note. Give it a title and start writing. The toolbar adds headings, bold text, lists and checklists; typing - [ ] makes a checkbox too. Type [[ to link to another note: Plenzu suggests notes as you type. A note saves by itself while you write.
- Give a note a workspace to see it on that workspace's page.
- Pin notes you use often to keep them at the top.
- Today's note gives you one note per day, for loose thoughts.
- Deleted something? It waits in the Trash for 30 days.
Turn a line into a task
Put the cursor on a line and press the tick in the toolbar (Make a task of this line). The line becomes a task in the note's workspace and shows under Tasks below the note. You can also type new tasks there. Each task remembers its note, so you can open it again from the task.
