Share a workspace or work on it together
Some projects are not yours alone. Plenzu has two ways to let others in, and your other workspaces always stay private.
Share a link
Open a workspace and press Share, then Create and copy link. Anyone with the link sees the workspace and its tasks, without an account. Tick the option to also let them check off and add tasks. They never see your other workspaces, notes, labels or email address. Press Stop sharing to switch a link off.
Invite people
To really work together, press People and type someone's email address. They get an email; once they log in with that address, they can join. Members see the workspace in their own Plenzu and can add, change and check off its tasks. You stay the owner of the workspace itself.
