A calm habit tracker: a missed day is just a day
A habit tracker should help you keep doing small things, not make you feel bad on the day you skip one. Plenzu keeps habits simple: you choose the days a habit counts, you tick it off, and a missed day is just a day.
What you can do
- Add a habit with a name and an icon, such as a 20-minute walk, reading or stretching.
- Choose the days: every day, weekdays, weekends, or the days you pick.
- Tick habits off on your Today page, next to the tasks of that day.
- See the last 7 days at a glance, how often you managed it in the last 30 days, and a history of 26 weeks.
- Pause a habit during a holiday or a busy period, and resume it later.
Why it stays calm
Plenzu shows how many days in a row you kept a habit, and your best run, but there are no points, badges or warnings. A habit only counts on the days you chose, so a day off is never a failure.
Missing a day erases nothing. The history shows the whole picture, which tells you more than one broken run.
Tips for habits that stick
- 1Start small: two minutes of something beats an hour you never start.
- 2Pick days that fit your real week, for example weekdays only.
- 3Tie a habit to something you already do, such as reading after dinner.
- 4Look at the 30-day number, not at single days.
Questions

Can I track a habit on some days only?
Yes. Pick weekdays, weekends or any days you like; the other days do not count.
Does it work offline?
You can see your habits without a connection, but ticking them off needs the internet.
