How to use this pipeline

Add each deal as a task in Lead: the name of the company or person, with the value and the next step in its notes. Drag it along as it moves: Contacted, Proposal, Negotiation. Drop it on Done when it is won or lost, and write down why.

Good habits - Every deal has one next step with a date. - A deal without contact for three weeks is probably lost; ask, or let it go. - Look at where deals get stuck. That is the step to improve.

Let Plenzu plan it for you

Pick your date, and every step lands on the right day, with time estimates that show whether your weeks still fit. Free to start.
